Is there rust on the garage door? Making a good first impression is crucial when you’re trying to sell. Believe it or not, a few minor renovations—even something as trivial as dirty grout in between your floor tiles—can make all the difference.
Stage your home . It’s all in the details. The last thing you want to do is make your home look dull and outmoded. Borrow a modern rug, fill your vases with flowers, and get rid of that old paint colour—neutral is always the way to go. It’s easy to get turned off at bright-coloured walls.
